If you intend on staying a n00b, then I don't think we can help you.
Otherwise just bring an IAS (and a cancel stance if you bring frenzy) and you've got the biggest part of your build right there.

You already have one, I'm assuming.
Like Winterclaw said, [Frenzy] + [Rush] or [Enraging Charge] + [Flail] seem to be the combos of speed and IAS that I see on various builds these days. If you want real Warrior builds, look at PvX and maybe make something geared like this.

It would help if you provide information, such as if you have whatever game.

The basics are:
1) Bring and IAS
2) Bring an Attack Elite
3) Bring 2-3 attack skills that work with your Elite
4) Use either a Minor rune or if you must a Major rune on you +1 helm for weapon mastery ( buy multiple helms if your swaping from Sword/Axe/Hammer)
5) Place the remainder of your attribute in your Sheilds Requirement
6) Take no more than 2 Utility skills from your Secondary Profession ( for monk that might be [mending touch] and [Resurrection Chant]
7) Learn the proper technique for Pulling/Agroing
8) Never, NEVER EVER piss of your parties MONK!
9) Adrenaline skills are generally better than Energy skills.
10) Cary multiple weapons to swap as needed ( elemental damage to Vampiric to Zealous )

Wow I'm ignorant!
You can use Flail instead of Frenzy, and Dragon Slash > Final Thrust in terms of sword elites. Whirlwind Attack can go on the E-Shaker bar.
Enraging Charge > Rush if you want.

Final thrust isn't an elite.

This be PvE?
[skill]enraging charge[/skill][skill]enduring harmony[/skill][skill]for great justice[/skill][skill]flail[/skill][skill]save yourselves[/skill][skill]whirlwind attack[/skill]
Now pick your weapon, a decent Elite for it, and as a general rule you should bring a Deep Wound attack skill. You could even drop Enraging, but you'd need an AoE hitter like [skill]cyclone axe[/skill] or [skill]crude swing[/skill] to make up for it.
